Sage 200 software licenses can only be purchased using the Software as a Service (SaaS) distribution model, where companies subscribe to use the software and pay a monthly fee, as Sage no longer provide a perpetual licence (this is where you buy the Sage 200 licences upfront with a one-off licence cost).
The final software license cost of using Sage 200 is dependent on how many additional users you require, the number of companies and what additional Sage 200 software modules your business needs.

Sage 200 Standard is the entry level Cloud software version, which is less expensive than Sage 200 Professional, the final cost of the software licences is dependent on the number of additional desktop users and additional companies.
The cost of implementing Sage 200 Standard is typically less than Professional as you do not need to install it on your own server as it is hosted in the Cloud at Sage’s data centre but sold via Sage’s network of Sage 200 business partners.
