As a Business Partner and supplier of Swiftpage software and services AlphaLogix Ltd have had a communication about Act! 2013, their excellent CRM software.
Every product has a lifecycle and Act! 2013 from Swiftpage is no different. A product’s lifecycle starts when that product is released to market and ends when that product is no longer sold or supported. At Swiftpage their product obsolescence cycle starts when a particular version of a product is removed from sale.
The Swiftpage announcement is that Act! 2013 is approaching the start of this cycle and will be withdrawn from sale on the 30th November this year.
This means that from Dec 2015, our customers will not be able to purchase additional licences or support contracts for Act! 2013. Customers will not be entitled to upgrade pricing either.
However, it’s not all gloomy news! Our customers can benefit now from reduced pricing for upgrading their Act! CRM software.
Swiftpage has recently sharpened its focus. AlphaLogix staff were fortunate enough to be at the last two major conferences run by Swiftpage in Scottsdale Arizona and London England.
