Microsoft CRM costs depend on a number of different plans that you can choose from, each pricing plan offers a range of flexibility, and Microsoft costs are based on a cost per user per month.
There are plans for the Dynamics Enterprise edition and also the Dynamics Business Edition. The Dynamics Enterprise Edition offers a lot of flexibility and is feature rich whilst the Business Edition offers a great entry point to start using the software. From Spring 2018, Dynamics 365 customers will no longer have to opt for one of the two editions but they can build apps individually to create a customised solution based on your company’s exact requirements.

Unified Operations plan
Costs from £143.27 per user per month. This plan helps you connect with your operations and includes, Dynamics Finance and Operations, Dynamics for Retail and Dynamics for Talent.
The Customer Engagement Plan
Starts from £86.70 per user per month. It includes all the Dynamics 365 apps that allow you to manage customer support and manage customer relationships. These include Dynamics 365 for Sales, Dynamics 365 for Customer Service, Dynamics 365 for Field Service, Dynamics 365 for Project Service as well as the social engagement tool.
Individual Dynamics Applications
this offers a great way for your business to start using Microsoft CRM, costs start at £30.20 per user per month and you can buy individual apps from Microsoft CRM for Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Talent and Retail..
Individual Dynamics 365 Apps
Dynamics is a very versatile solution that is broken down into its component applications, in many cases you can purchase the apps individually or by purchasing them as one of the plans.

Costs for Dynamics CRM 365 for Sales (previously known as Dynamics CRM Sales Online):

If you have mobile service engineers or remote workers then field service helps you maintain total customer contact whilst working remotely. It can be purchased individually for £71.60 per user per month, or is available in the Dynamics CRM 365 plan from £158.36 per user per month, or by buying the customer engagement plan (from £86.76 per user per month).
Microsoft CRM for Marketing pricing.
Currently you cannot buy Microsoft CRM for marketing, it is only sold to existing customers. There should be a version available from 2018.
Dynamics 365 for Project Service Automation:
The Project Service app is available to buy individually from £71.60 per user per month or this can be purchased in one of the bundles, the Customer Engagement plan (from £86.76 per user per month), or in the Dynamics 365 plan from £158.36 per user per month.
The app offers a full range of planning and scheduling features so you can help manage projects and maintain project profitability.

This add-on app is not included in any of the plans or bundles but can be purchased as an bolt on app, prices start from £90.91 per user. The app helps pinpoint leads through social media and sales data.

You can buy talent as an individual app from just £30.20 per user per month, it is also available on the Dynamics 365 plan as well as the unified operations plan.
The app allows you to find the right people (or talent) through social media systems like LinkedIn. It allows you to streamline the hiring process from start to finish allowing you to identify the best talent for your organisation.
Dynamics 365 for Retail:

Costs for Microsoft Dynamics Finance and Operations
The finance and operations application is a finance solution so you can manage all your ordering, invoicing, stock management and accounting needs.
It has a huge range of powerful features so it automates all aspects of your accounting department’s requirements. It is bundled together in the Dynamics 365 plan with prices starting from £158 per month, or you can purchase it in the unified operations bundle from £143 per user.
Pricing for Business Edition of Microsoft CRM – If you are a smaller business looking for a simpler way to manage your finance and operations then the Business Edition is ideal. It currently sits in the cloud and helps you to manage all aspects of your finance and operations.
The sales and marketing modules are due to be added at a later stage. Costs start from £30 per user per month for full access to all the invoicing and accounting solutions, team members are £3.77 per user per month, this is a limited access version.
Installation, Customisation, Training and On going Support costs for Microsoft CRM. On top of the licence costs for Microsoft CRM you will have to factor in the costs with a Dynamics partner for:
